Opti-Facts:
- Our club was chartered in 1949 and has been active in the Lakeside Community since!
- All of the Funds we raise annually are donated back to the Youth of Lakeside. Our donations go to every school in Lakeside; Lakeside sports organizations, and many young individuals that request our assistance.
- We have a number of fundraising events that we put on each year.

- We provide three (Tech School) Scholarships to graduating seniors at El Capitan every year.
We fund our Scholarships with these annual events.

Opti-Fishing Derby
9th Annual – June 09, 2012
We fill Lindo Lake with over a 1000 lbs. of catfish and let the kids have at them…When the kids are done fishing we feed them all lunch and give away a stage full of prizes.
Our 8th annual fishing derby had 500 kids enjoy the fishing, food, and all the prizes!
